Filling

Push the drinking tip back in, turn the bottle upside down and unscrew the base cap. Fill with fresh water, close and tighten the cap. Freezable - just make sure the SPRESH is only half filled.

Drinking

Hold the SPRESH upright upright towards your mouth and pull out the drinking tip with your teeth. Start drinking, using tip as a straw. Squeeze the bottle to increase the flow.

Cleaning

Half fill with water and a few drops of lemon or soap. Shake well and rinse.

Note:

• CARBONATED DRINKS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED.
• Do not fill or wash with water above 70ºC (160º-F).
• Do not microwave or expose to temperatures above 70ºC (160º-F).
• Note: When not in use, leave bottle open to air dry.

Warranty & Repair

All SOURCE products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Sandals warranty is extended as long as the Green Dot™ on both soles is intact, for a maximum of two extra years.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. During the warranty period, SOURCE will repair or replace warranted items at its discretion.

SOURCE outlet products carry a warranty of 3 months.

How to obtain warranty service or repair service

• Returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of the original invoice date.
• A product considered defective should be returned to the SOURCE dealer from which it was purchased.
• Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning a product for service.
• All parts and components must be included for an item to be accepted for repair.
• Products must be clean before they can be evaluated and repaired. Dirty products will be returned to the customer without evaluation.
• All packages should be sent via a tractable method. SOURCE is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
• SOURCE will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.

SOURCE Return Policy

Returns or exchanges of products that were purchased through our on-line store can only be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returned products must be clean and free of wear and tear. Dirty or used products will not be accepted.

Every product sent to SOURCE must be sent with the following information:

1. Customer name, address and contact information (Tel, Fax, etc.).
2. Proof of purchase
3. Description of the problem/reason for return/exchange

Please note:

• Products that arrive to SOURCE without the above information will be returned to the customer.
• Shipping charges of returned or exchanged products will be covered by the customer.
• C.O.D shipment (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
• Replaced or repaired products will be sent to the customer within 4 weeks from date of arrival at SOURCE.
