We do not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute your address to any third party.

Collecting and Using Your Information
When you place an order, we'll ask you for your name, email address, mailing address, and credit card number with expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Occasionally, we may use your email address to deliver information regarding important functionality changes to our website, new services, and special offers that might be of interest to you.


Shipping

  • Worldwide registered airmail shipping is free for all orders over $60 (USD).
    International Express Mail Service (EMS) is also available for an additional fee.
  • Orders of less or equal to $60 (USD) can choose shipping method: registered airmail for $15 or EMS for $25 (USD).
  • Shipping time can be 2 - 20 business days (sometimes longer), depending on the destination, shipping method and products availability.

Registered airmail - The sender receives a confirmation receipt that the package was sent and the addressee must sign when taking delivery. Shipping time is usually 7-20 business days, depending on the destination, and it offers limited Internet tracking.

$5 Registered airmail shipping – This option is only available for a select number of products when ordering 1 item. Products that this shipping method applies to have a special icon on their product page.

Express Mail Service (EMS) - the guaranteed worldwide courier service, is an international expedited shipping option offered by 200 postal administrations worldwide. EMS guarantees delivery times of within 2-5 business days to main destinations worldwide with Internet tracking.

Please Note:

In some countries import charges [VAT, BTW etc.] may occur at destination, according to each countries customs and tax laws. This information can be obtained from your local customs office and we recommend inquiring prior to ordering.

 

Shipment Tracking

Submit your email address and you will automatically receive the tracking information.

 


Return policy

Returns or exchanges of products that were purchased through our on-line store can only be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.

All returned products must be clean and free of wear and tear. Dirty or used products will not be accepted.

Every product that is sent to SOURCE® must be sent with the following information:

  1. Customer name, address and contact information (Tel, Fax, etc.).
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Description of the problem

Please note:
  • Products that arrive to SOURCE without the above information will be returned to the customer.
  • Shipping charges of returned or exchanged products will be covered by the customer.
  • C.O.D shipment (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
  • Replaced or repaired products will be sent to the customer within 4 weeks from date of arrival at SOURCE.

Shopping information

At any time while shopping at a SOURCE® online store, items can be selected for purchase by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You always have the ability to view selected items in your Shopping Cart or return to the store by clicking the Cart icon located at the top of every screen.

When you're finished shopping, enter the cart and follow the instructions to complete the checkout process.

NOTE: When you place an order, we'll ask you for your personal information and credit card number with expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. For payment by some credit cards you have to add the 3 digits security number. The security numbers are the last 3 digits on the top right on the back of the card. Without those 3 digits we will not be able to get conformation on the transaction and the order will be refused.

Using "Cookies"
"Cookies" are small bits of information stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Like most ecommerce sites today, SourceOutdoor.com uses cookies for some to provide better service. Our cookies do not contain any personal information, but they do store your settings and remember the contents of your shopping cart as you travel through the site or between visits. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies.

Password
Keep your password private and avoid disclosing it to any third parties. If others have access to your password your personal information could be compromised.

Important notice
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

SOURCE® Commercial Warranty Policy

Warranty & Repair

All SOURCE® products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Sandals warranty is extended as long as the green dot on both soles is intact, for a maximum of two extra years.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. During the warranty period, SOURCE® will repair or replace warranted items at its discretion.

How to obtain warranty service or repair service

Returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of the original invoice date. A product considered defective should be returned to the SOURCE® dealer from which it was purchased. Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning a product for service. All parts and components must be included for an item to be accepted for repair. Products must be clean before they can be evaluated and repaired. Dirty products will be returned to the customer without evaluation. All packages should be sent via a tractable method. SOURCE® is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
SOURCE® OUTLET products carry a warranty of 3 months.
SOURCE® will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.
