Do you need to exchange or return a product?

  1. Returns or exchanges of products that were purchased through our online store can only be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  2. All returned products must be clean and free of wear and tear. Dirty or used products will be returned to the customer.
  3. Every product that is sent to Source must be sent with the following information:
    1. Customer name, address and contact information (Telephone, Fax, etc.).
    2. Proof of purchase
    3. Description of the problem
  4. Products that arrive to Source without the above information will be returned to the customer.
  5. Shipping charges on returns or exchanges of products must be covered by the customer.
  6. Please do not ship C.O.D.
  7. Replacement of repaired products will be sent to customer within 4-6 weeks from date of receipt at Source.
In case of return of product due to reason that was not caused by Source Vagabond Systems Ltd , shipping cost of originally sent sandals will be deducted from the amount refunded on credit card.

Warranty Description

  1. Source sandals carry a 2-year warranty and the Green Dot which is an extension of the warranty: As long as the Green Dot is visible, the sandal is still covered under the warranty.
  2. Source hydration systems are covered under warranty for 2 years.
  3. The warranty on both lines covers only defective material and workmanship.
  4. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
  5. Source reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace only the defective part or to replace the complete product at no additional charge.
  6. The warranty does not cover any product which has been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, or as a result of service or modification that was provided by anyone other than Source.

On line store prices are the same as our suggested retail prices in North America .

Minimum Order
The minimum order ammount is $20. Also customers who wish to obtain small items from our store will have to meet the $20 minimum in order to checkout..

Shipping
Items will be shipped to the customers' door via EMS. Shipping time is approximately 2 - 7 working days depending on the destination. Shipping is free for all orders over $40. Orders of less than $40 will be charged $10 for shipping.

How to Shop
At any time while shopping at source-vagabond.com, items can be selected for purchase by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You always have the ability to view selected items in your Shopping Cart by clicking the "Checkout" button located at the bottom of every screen. When you want to return to the store, just click the "Continue to Shop" button on the bottom left of the Checkout screen.

When you're finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button located at the bottom of every screen. You can then make any changes to the items currently in your Shopping Cart. Click "Continue to Checkout", fill out your billing and shipping information, click "Submit Order", and you're done!

NOTE: When you place an order, we'll ask you for your name, email address, mailing address, and credit card number with expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Occasionally, we may use your email address to deliver information regarding important functionality changes to our website, new services, and special offers that might be of interest to you. For payment by Mastercard you have to add the 3 security numbers. The security numbers are the last 3 digits on the top right on the back of the card. Without those 3 digits it will not be able to get conformation on the transaction and the order will be refused.
