SOURCE WARRANTY
Do you need to exchange or return a product?
- Returns or exchanges of products that were purchased through our on-line store can only be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- All returned products must be clean and free of wear and tear. Dirty or used products will be returned to the customer.
- Every product that is sent to Source must be sent with the following information:
- Customer name, address and contact information (Tel, Fax, etc.).
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the problem
Products that arrive to Source without the above information will be returned to the customer.
- Shipping charges of returns or exchanges of products must be covered by customer. Please do not ship C.O.D.
- Replacement of repaired products will be sent to customer within 4-6 weeks from date of receipt at Source.
Warranty Description
- Source sandals carry a 2-year warranty and the Green Dot which is an extension of the warranty: As long as the Green Dot is visible, the sandal is still covered under the warranty.
- Source
hydration systems are covered under warranty for 2 years.
- The warranty on both lines covers only defective material and workmanship.
- The warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
- Source
reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace only the defective part or to replace the complete product at no additional charge.
- The warranty does not cover any product which has been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, or as a result of service or modification that was provided by anyone other than Source.
