SOURCE WARRANTY

1. Returns or exchanges of products that were purchased through our on-line store can only be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.
   
2. All returned products must be clean and free of wear and tear. Dirty or used products will be returned to the customer.
   
3. Every product that is sent to Source must be sent with the following information:
   
   1. Customer name, address and contact information (Tel, Fax, etc.).
      
   2. Proof of purchase
      
   3. Description of the problem
      

1. Shipping charges of returns or exchanges of products must be covered by customer. Please do not ship C.O.D.
   
2. Replacement of repaired products will be sent to customer within 4-6 weeks from date of receipt at Source.
   

1. Source sandals carry a 2-year warranty and the Green Dot which is an extension of the warranty: As long as the Green Dot is visible, the sandal is still covered under the warranty.
   
2. Source hydration systems are covered under warranty for 2 years.
   
3. The warranty on both lines covers only defective material and workmanship.
   
4. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
   
5. Source reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace only the defective part or to replace the complete product at no additional charge.
   
6. The warranty does not cover any product which has been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, or as a result of service or modification that was provided by anyone other than Source.
