Trade

  • We are responsible never to force or to manipulate purchase of our products. We will provide honest and accurate product information that will permit customers to make a responsible choice.
  • We are responsible for a "win-win" mutually beneficial relationship with both our customers and suppliers based on respect, honesty and trust.
  • We are responsible to conduct our business activities with openness, positive spirit and sincerity thereby creating cooperation rather than conflict.
  • We are responsible to encourage direct dialogue with our end-users. This dialogue will enrich their experience purchasing our products and in return will enlighten us to improve our products.
  • Customer service will be the guiding force for all our activities.

Research & Development and Production

  • We are responsible to continue improving the value for money of our products. We will accomplish this by continuously searching for new technologies, materials, and resources, real needs of our customers and innovative ways to make our production and organization more efficient.
  • We are responsible in each category of our product range to have the best product in the market and to find the tools that prove to our customers our accountability to this commitment.
  • We are committed to alter products when we are convinced we can do to it better at the same cost or when we are convinced that the benefit is larger than the cost.
  • We are responsible to design our products in a manner that reflects our company spirit and values. Our products' design is to be functional, simple, durable and environmentally aware.
  • We respect intellectual properties and see our own as a means to express the uniqueness of our company.
  • If we will establish production in other locations for strategic or social reasons, we will be responsible that those entities will be based on the same foundations of our current business, reflecting the same values.

Our Working Place

  • We are responsible that every employee of SOURCE will work under the same structure of contract. This contract describes his/her rights and duties. The only difference will be in his/her varying responsibilities that are reflected in their respective salary. The total compensation in SOURCE will reflect the overall responsibility that is required to run the operation.
  • The highest salary in SOURCE will not exceed 5 times the lowest salary in the company (in net terms). This reflects the equitable balance between the minimum and maximum responsibility of operating our organization.
  • We are responsible to exclude all prejudices, in every form, from our working environment. We will strive to develop an atmosphere free of fear, where equality, respect and liberty are practiced and nurtured.
  • We are responsible to develop and to maintain an effective and cooperative working place. This is a working place in which all the people who work in SOURCE share responsibility, are involved, are aware and identify with what we do.
  • We are responsible to run our company upon the foundation of "open book management." By creatools for our workers, our suppliers and our customers to be aware of relevant figures and financial results of our performance we enable them to take responsibility and share in their part of the whole.
  • We are responsible to embrace our company as an extended family. These human relations make duties easy through natural affection. These human relations have deep roots and are long lasting.
  • We are responsible to enrich the life of our organization with experience, education and training, which in turn generate interest, joy and personal fulfillment.
  • Each year 15% of the net profit of the company will be divided among all the workers that have been in the company more than a year, according to their respective responsibility (i.e. their salary).
  • Each year 5% of the net profit of the company will be dedicated to social or environmental activities through the SOURCE Fund.

Environment

  • Cooperation, not competition, is the basis for keeping our ecosystems in balance to ensure future survival. Nature, tradition and ancient cultures will be our ecology guides.
  • We produce best quality products that will last for the longest time possible. The resources that are used must be replaced in equal or greater quantities.
  • We are responsible to minimize the waste of our actions.
  • We are responsible to make sure that our actions do not cause harm to our workers or to the environment.
  • We aim to ensure that our business is ecologically sustainable, meeting the needs of the present, without compromising the future.

Implementation

  • As we wish to assure accountability and progress with reference to our credo, we are responsible to develop and implement appropriate control mechanisms.
  • We are responsible to establish a computerized network of information that will be our objective tool to help us account for our actions. This database will also permit objective commercial undertakings.
